End Customer Marketing is a team part of the Corporate Sales & Marketing department with the mission to drive awareness and demand for Axis offerings among customers and partners worldwide. You will be part of a team of highly skilled and experienced marketing professionals, all experts in their business area. What you’ll do here as Customer Marketing Manager?
Your job as Customer Marketing Manager, with focus on the “Transportation” segment, is to build a deep understanding about your end-customers globally. Based on this knowledge you will develop the right marketing strategy, messaging, and assets to support our marketing and business objectives.

Transportation is a large and important segment for Axis with customers like traffic authorities, airports, public transport authorities and logistic companies, all over the world. Axis is a global company, you will work closely with both our sales regions as well as corporate stakeholders, acting as an expert on our target customers and how to communicate with them most effectively.

In cooperation with our regional business development, sales, and marketing colleagues, you will work cross-functional to drive initiatives and ensure we evolve, align, and optimize our marketing activities. As Customer Marketing Manager, you play an important role in Axis becoming an even more customer-centric company.

• Extensive experience from developing target group analyses and marketing strategies
• Experience from companies with complex offerings and international markets
• Strong informal leadership and interpersonal skills to lead virtual teams
• A strong ability to prioritize and structure your work
• Well-developed business acumen: relevant sales or business development preferred
• Fluent language skills in English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience from working with the transportation industry is very valuable, but not a requirement if the other requirements are fulfilled
